Familiarity with modern AI technology stacks, including Copilot, Claude, Gemini Vertex and Model Context Protocol (MCP), is an advantage.Additional details: Lead the planning and execution of a long-term development project for the Telecommunication account in Tampa, Florida. Own delivery governance from initiation through release: translate business objectives into an executable roadmap; align technical and business stakeholders; coordinate Java full-stack, React/Node.js, database, analytics and QA workstreams; monitor schedule, quality, budget and team capacity; maintain RAID logs and status reports; remove delivery blockers; ensure architecture, security, testing and release-readiness reviews are completed; and drive continuous improvement. The role is an individual-contributor Technical Project Manager position requiring hands-on technical discussions, clear executive communication, effective vendor/team coordination and accountability for predictable, high-quality outcomes.
