Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to support safe, efficient whey processing in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor evaporation, filtration, and drying equipment, perform basic quality checks, complete documentation, and follow GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards. You’ll work on your feet in a fast-paced, refrigerated plant environment and collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
