Location: Cub Foods West St. Paul Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours Classification: Part Time Pay: Progressive scale up to $17.25 / hour, based on experience Reports to: Online Shopper Lead Union: Yes Responsibilities Make lasting connections with customers Ensure customers receive the best produce, meat, and dairy products available Shop customers’ orders and deliver them to their cars (may involve heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.) Help maintain a clean and safe store environment Collaborate with the team on all tasks necessary to keep a high‑performance department Maintain punctuality and consistency with scheduled shifts Qualifications & Preferences Friendly, outgoing, and promotes customer service for the entire team Knowledgeable about timelines, coordinating, and technology Motivated to grow their career and continue learning Ability and willingness to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 20 lbs., and perform frequent heavy tasks Comfortable with operating equipment such as scanners, registers, check approval machines, and coupon machines Strong verbal interaction, reading, writing, and math skills Experience or interest in working within a diverse group of coworkers and a flexible work schedule Physical Requirements Frequent: lifting/carrying ≤ 50 lbs., pushing/pulling ≤ 20 lbs., reaching, standing, and turning Occasional: lifting/carrying > 50 lbs., squatting, stooping/bending, and walking Equipment operation: scanner, register, calculator Environmental conditions: extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces Physical exertion: ~15% of the shift may involve heavy lifting or repetitive tasks Accommodation and Equal Opportunity Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities in the application process, including but not limited to qualified sign language interpreters or other assistance.
