This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in clean work, strong customer service, and solving problems the right way. We’re looking for a technician who is confident in residential service and repair and can run calls independently. What You’ll Do Handle residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and installations. Run service calls on your own, estimate jobs, and present repair or replacement options to homeowners. Communicate clearly and professionally, document work using a company tablet and dispatch software, and maintain clean, organized job sites. Deliver high-quality workmanship and a strong customer experience on every call. What We Need Active Texas Journeyman Plumber license. Strong residential service and repair experience with the ability to diagnose issues and provide long-term solutions. Comfortable quoting jobs and discussing options with customers. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail. Interest in long-term growth. Pay & Benefits $40–$50/hr based on experience, plus incentive and commission opportunities.
