Front Office Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)
- Welcome visitors and assist with front office operations
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Perform clerical and administrative support duties
- Enter and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with office organization and daily workflow
- Follow directions and complete tasks independently and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous office or clerical experience REQUIRED
- Retail or fast-food customer service alone will not qualify
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable attendance and professionalism are a MUST
- Looking for someone seeking long-term career stability
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
