In this role, you'll set the tone for our guests' entire day by delivering warm hospitality and a delicious start to their morning. Responsibilities: Set up, maintain, and break down the daily breakfast buffet in a clean and organized manner Greet and assist hotel guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude during breakfast service hours Monitor and replenish food and beverage items throughout the breakfast period Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards Clear and clean tables, dining areas, and service stations promptly Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive dining experience Communicate with kitchen and front desk staff to coordinate smooth breakfast operations Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a customer-facing role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment About Us: PMH TN LLC, operating as Sonesta ES Suites in Brentwood, TN, is proud to be part of the globally recognized Sonesta Hotel brand, known for delivering extended-stay comfort and exceptional guest experiences.
