2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd Assistant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at our Crockett, TX location (217, Crockett, TX, 75835). The ideal candidate will support the management team in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and assisting with staff supervision. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Help maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management. Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational targets. Perform opening and closing duties as required. Qualifications Previous retail or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
