Also for the careful treatment of all equipment and articles used in performing assigned duties.**Responsibilities:*** Thoroughly cleans all area as assigned on work schedule.* For checking all temperature gauges on dish machine and record on temperature log.* Thoroughly cleans the dish room at the end of shift.* Puts away incoming supplies from vendors, making sure all stock is rotated and labels are showing.* Running late trays when assigned.* Delivering food carts to the floors and bringing them down to the kitchen.* Washing pots, pans and utensils when assigned.* Unloads carts and washes carts.* Operates dish machine.* Posts menu on main boards in Dining Rooms.**Minimum Qualifications:*** None**Preferred Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.**Required Licensure/Certifications:*** None**Physical Requirements:*** Some physical effort or strain required. May involve lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching or stooping.
