## **Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time NOC Shift****Sequoia Transitional Care – Porterville, CA** **Pay: $47–$50/hr (DOE)**Join our dedicated nursing team at Sequoia Transitional Care! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide exceptional overnight care to our residents and support our clinical team.### **Shift:**Full-Time | NOC Shift### **Key Responsibilities:*** Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents* Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments* Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift* Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations* Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition* Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports* Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment### **Qualifications:*** Current CA RN license in good standing* Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred* Strong leadership, communication & clinical skills* Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care### **Why Join Us?**Supportive leadership & positive team cultureGrowth & training opportunities Competitive pay & benefits Make a real impact in the lives of our residents## We are an equal opportunity employer.
