Sales Support Specialist

Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Sales Support Specialist is to support the sales process by owning non-essential sales tasks and maintaining customer account information. This role acts as a direct resource for customers and internal sales professionals, providing real-time support and solutions. What You'll Do: Responsible for setting up new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded Handles quote requests from customers, providing timely and accurate pricing information Resolves issues related to customer orders, ensuring smooth processing and delivery. Identifies and addresses any holds on order acceptance, working to resolve them promptly Maintains detailed records of all interactions with customers, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible Contacts customers that are identified as "At Risk" in the CRM. Quickly and efficiently determines next steps needed to reduce churn Gains additional information regarding product application. Must understand on/off track business and additional customer insights as needed Updates forecasts and advises seller if further follow up is required Cleans up the total opportunity count. Reviews and adds forecast data where possible Sells Irregular Inactive Inventory material where possible Addresses customer inquiries and complaints as needed Performs other related duties as required or requested What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree from fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or 1+ years' experience in equivalent job(s) preferred Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills Demonstrates sound judgment and creative problem solving Open to taking moderate risks with a competitive spirit Commitment to accuracy and accountability for job performance Receptive to constructive feedback from peers and mentors Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and suggestions via multiple modes of communication Exhibits versatility and adaptability while interacting with customers and internal team members Where You'll Work: This is a hybrid role in Bellevue, WA.
