Investigations Of Counsel/Partner

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace, Title IX, and public agency investigations
• Handle executive misconduct, ethics, and compliance investigations
• Lead independent investigations involving sensitive personnel and governance issues
• Manage investigations from intake through final reports
• Prepare investigative findings and written reports
• Advise public and private sector clients

Qualifications:

• JD and licensed to practice in CA
• Extensive investigations experience (7+ years)
• Established portable book of business
• Experience leading complex, high-profile investigations
• Experience advising public entities, educational institutions, municipalities, or private employers
