Staff Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:
Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure timely payment collections and disbursements
Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
Handle ad-hoc reporting and special projects
Qualifications:
3+ years of related work experience in an accounting setting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred
Four years of financial or accounts receivable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Ability to develop macros and automate repetitive tasks is a plus
