Position Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will serve as the face of our clients' brands within a retail setting. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers, educating them on available telecommunications products and services, and helping them identify solutions that best fit their needs.

This role combines customer service, direct marketing, and consultative sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, increasing brand awareness, upgrading existing customer service plans, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is an in-store, face-to-face sales and marketing position. It is not door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized telecommunications brands in a professional retail environment.
• Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness and educate them on products, services, promotions, and technology solutions.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate service plans, devices, and account upgrades.
• Acquire new customers through effective face-to-face marketing and relationship-building strategies.
• Generate revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities and converting customer interest into completed sales.
• Assist existing customers with account upgrades, service enhancements, and product recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
• Address customer questions and concerns while providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends, new product launches, promotional campaigns, and competitive offerings.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on leadership development, communication skills, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support overall business objectives and campaign success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
