RF Test Engineer

Overview: We are seeking an RF Test Engineer / RF Validation Engineer to support RF test plan execution and automation activities. This role focuses on running RF test programs, developing Python-based automation, and analyzing results across multiple wireless technologies in a fast-paced lab environment. Role: RF Test Engineer / RF Validation Engineer Focus Area: RF Testing, Automation, Test Execution Key Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and communications theory
- Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment :
- Spectrum Analyzers (SA)
- Signaling Testers
- Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
- Python scripting for test automation and data processing
- Experience executing and organizing RF test plans
- Strong English communication skills for reporting results and issues
- Well-organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a start-up-like environment
- Knowledge of wireless standards: 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS
- Familiarity with antenna and OTA characterization
- Experience developing RF test plans and managing large test datasets
- Execute RF test programs across multiple wireless technologies
- Debug RF test setups and lab configurations
- Develop and enhance automation scripts for RF lab testing
- Triage test failures and analyze RF performance data
- Generate test reports and clearly communicate results
- Document and report code and test changes
- Updated resume

- Relevant RF or wireless testing experience
