For our location Mesa / Phoenix we are looking forward for you as: Substation Service West Manager What challenges can you expect? You lead and develop the substation service team while ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction You manage service operations including safety, quality, compliance, workflow, and resource planning across your region You support the sales organization in developing and executing service strategies and identifying new business opportunities You oversee complex service projects including offer preparation, tender management, and subcontractor coordination You ensure alignment between forecasts and available resources, including personnel, equipment, and competencies You drive continuous improvement through innovation, reporting (KPIs, forecasts), and collaboration with internal stakeholders What do we expect from you? You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable experience in transformer service management You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a transformer or substation service environment You have hands‑on experience in transformer installation, testing, maintenance, or repair You have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and enjoy working cross‑functionally You have an existing network within the utility or transformer service industry You are willing to travel (5–30%) and work independently in a dynamic environment Reinhausen provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
