Remote Customer Service Representative | MondayFriday | $16/hr + Paid Training Help Your Community Keep the Lights On, From Home Every day, families in our region face hard choices about paying their utility bills. As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative with InnoSource, youll be the person on the other end of the phone who helps them find a way through. Were partnering with a respected local organization to build a team of caring, dependable people, and were hiring now. The Quick Facts Schedule: Monday through Friday. Your weekends stay yours. Location: Remote, open to Ohio and Pennsylvania residents within a 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour , with opportunities for raises and bonuses Training: Paid and fully remote Key Responsibilities A Day in the Role Youll take inbound calls and make outbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns for customers seeking help with their utility costs. Youll walk callers through applications for assistance programs, review their income documentation, and make sure everything is processed accurately so eligibility can be determined. Along the way, youll keep clear, organized customer records and work closely with your teammates and supervisors to hit program goals.
