Join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate at Wichita Falls Ford, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving vehicle sales in a dynamic dealership environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Assess customers’ vehicle needs and preferences
• Present vehicles and demonstrate key features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms to achieve dealership goals
• Prepare sales contracts and complete necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
