Human Resource Generalist

Be the Backbone of Our HR Team Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys keeping people, processes, and operations running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the administrative side of Human Resources—from onboarding new employees and managing benefits to coordinating travel, maintaining employee records, and keeping the office running efficiently. What You'll Do Manage employee onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and changes Coordinate executive and employee travel arrangements Manage HR email communications and respond to employee inquiries Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors Support office operations and maintain an organized workplace Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Assist leadership with HR projects and administrative support What We're Looking For 3+ years of Human Resources experience Experience with employee onboarding, HR administration, and benefits Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus Experience in construction, home services, or a fast-paced sales environment is preferred Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Performance incentives Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth A collaborative, family-oriented work environment where your contributions matter #J-18808-Ljbffr
