Mash Mechanical Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Lead/Foreman Commercial HVAC Installer based in Scarborough, ME. This is a field-based role ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and manage installation projects from start to finish. THE TYPE OF TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
- Current HVAC EPA Universal license
Experience with ServiceTitan, leadership or management skills, gas and oil licenses, strong complex thinking and collaborative abilities, as well as ductwork experience are preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LEAD COMMERCIAL HVAC INSTALLER
This is a full-time position with hours from 7 AM to 3 PM , Monday through Friday. You'll be dispatched daily directly from your home to the job site.
As our Lead Commercial HVAC Installer, you'll oversee the installation of HVAC systems at job sites, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. From interpreting blueprints to supervising your team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality systems that meet our clients' expectations. You'll coordinate with other trades, maintain adherence to building codes, and ensure the job stays on schedule. Every day will bring opportunities to lead, collaborate, and make an impact.
