Truss Assembler

Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Truss Assemblers. This position involves assembling wood trusses and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous construction or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure, cut, and position materials accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Job Requirements

• Ability to read tape measures and follow instructions
• Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
• Construction, framing, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay-Rate Ranges: $18.50/hr-$85.00/hr
