As a Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements while communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff. Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activities throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
