The Bartender Lead is responsible for overseeing bar operations during assigned shifts while supporting team performance, consistency, and service excellence at our off-site restaurant, Dawn Manor.

What You'll Do

• Lead bar operations and ensure adherence to service standards
• Train, coach, and support bartenders on recipes, presentation, and service expectations
• Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering and organization
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Support management with opening/closing procedures and operational needs
• Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager

What Are We Looking For?

Who You Are

• Previous bartending experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
• Bartender license for Wisconsin Dells area required
