Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Legal Coordinator will support day-to-day legal operations related to real estate transactions, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and property documentation. This role will coordinate with internal teams, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to help ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities may include maintaining legal records, tracking contract timelines, assisting with due diligence, and supporting property registration and documentation processes. The Legal Coordinator will also help identify legal risks, provide administrative support for legal matters, and contribute to clear communication of legal requirements to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong understanding of legal documentation and processes, preferably in real estate or property law. Ability to review, draft, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal records with attention to detail. Proficiency in maintaining documentation systems and managing timelines for legal and regulatory requirements. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, clients, and external legal partners. Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple matters and deadlines. Familiarity with local, regional, and national real estate regulations is highly beneficial. Competence in using common office software ("word processing, spreadsheets, document management tools"). Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field; a legal qualification or paralegal certification is an advantage. Prior experience in a legal support, paralegal, or coordination role, ideally within real estate or property development. Ability to work on-site full time in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area and handle confidential information responsibly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
