Licenses/Certifications: Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience; hospital ICU dialysis preferred; Tablo Hemodialysis experience required

Pay & Benefits

Pay package discussed upon application

Local pay rate: $52.00/hour

Weekly gross total: $2,280 (for 40 hours)

Weekly per diem: $1,200

Travel pay rate: $27/hour

Starting bonus: $300 (on first paycheck)

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively during treatments
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access
• Manage vascular access types including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Adhere to infection prevention and safety standards
• Work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care

What You Need

• Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

About the Assignment Support acute dialysis care for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units, at a leading hospital in Sierra Vista. The RN will independently manage dialysis treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure. Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System and vascular access management is essential to delivering high-quality, autonomous care in a dynamic hospital setting.
