Quartermaster Tax Management  works with companies to identify legitimate tax-saving opportunities through advanced tax planning strategies, helping business owners improve cash flow while remaining compliant with applicable tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings to understand each client's business and financial objectives.
• Educate prospective clients on available tax planning solutions.
• Coordinate with internal tax specialists throughout the client engagement process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in networking and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or practical experience in business, accounting, finance, or tax planning.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 annual base salary plus performance-based commission.
