POSITION: Spray Painter
LOCATION: Bridgeport, CT
HOURS & COMPENSATION: M-F 8am-4pm, hourly pay depends on experience and production ability.
WHAT WE DO: Manufacture, painting & staining of wood and composite doors.
JOB DUTIES: Painting preparation & Finishing of wood & composite doors
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Spray painting and wood finishing experience REQUIRED. Painting preparation, sanding of wood products and spray finishing. Woodworking experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Be able to stand while working and be able to carry 75lbs.
WHILE PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF THIS JOB: Applicant needs attention to detail. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
TRAINING PLAN: On the job training by plant supervisor.
