As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, emergency interventions, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires critical thinking, calm decision-making in emergencies, and effective communication with patients and their families.
