This is a great position for individuals who enjoy working with the community and want a consistent, rewarding schedule. Responsibilities Safely operate a school bus in compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain order and safety among passengers during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, school staff, and parents as needed. Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly. Qualifications Valid Maryland CDL Class B with Passenger (P) , School Bus (S) and Air Brake endorsements. Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Clean driving record with a strong safety history. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
