We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting sales and operations processes, and assisting with accounts receivable follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and customers. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting sales and operations processes, and assisting with accounts receivable follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and customers. Responsibilities:
- Answer and route inbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, or escalate as appropriate
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify and manage documentation, including maintenance agreements, leases, and supplements
- Generate and distribute reports for management
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up on past-due accounts
- Support the sales team by preparing partnership review materials for customer presentations
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred
- Ability to build professional relationships with customers and team members
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and insurability (if required for the role)
