POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers in person, online, and by phone

• Respond to internet leads and inquiries

• Create engaging social media content

• Produce short-form videos and digital marketing content

• Build relationships with customers

• Follow up with prospects and existing clients

• Represent the Mike Terry Chevrolet brand professionally

• Help grow our online and community presence

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

All team members must successfully complete our professional training program.

• Full attendance required

• Paid training

• Structured onboarding process

• Ongoing coaching and development

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable using social media platforms

• Positive, energetic personality

• Valid driver's license

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Willingness to learn and grow
