Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a PayrollSpecialist to join our growing team. Our Payroll Specialists serve as the first point of contact for customer service and communicate with our clients on the phone and via email to process payroll data. They follow clearly defined processes and enter data in a timely fashion with great attention to detail. They proactively communicate with clients about any concerns and perform calculations to verify the accuracy of wage data. They actively assist in the problem resolution process and document their activities in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and save documents electronically to support our paperless processes. Required Education and Experience Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
