General Laborer / Forklift Operator

Location: Vincent, OH

Pay: $17.00/hour

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with forklift experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The right candidate will assist with shipping, receiving, material handling, and general facility operations while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and accurately.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Move products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, wrapping pallets, and assisting with warehouse operations.
Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals.

Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred but not required).
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is preferred.
Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks throughout the workday.
