Now Hiring: Payroll Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $32.69/hour | Converts to approximately $70,000 annually upon permanent hire & Hybrid Flexibilty

We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization in Miami that is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their People & Payroll team. Responsibilities include:

Process weekly and biweekly multi-state payrolls with a high degree of accuracy

Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and field leaders to resolve payroll-related issues

Support payroll system enhancements, testing, and process improvements

Maintain payroll data integrity and deliver exceptional internal customer service

Qualifications:

35 years of hands-on payroll processing experience

Multi-state payroll experience required

UKG Payroll experience required

Strong Excel skills

ADP experience is a plus

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service mindset

Experience in high-volume payroll environments is highly preferred
