About the job The Assembly, Inspection & Packaging Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging precision machined parts while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications. We're looking for someone who Has experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or production environment Is able to read and interpret blueprints Possesses strong attention to detail and follows instructions carefully Has basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems Is comfortable using Microsoft Office or equivalent programs Demonstrates basic math and measurement skills Is able to work safely with cleaning agents such as isopropyl alcohol Is capable of maintaining a clean and organized work area Is comfortable working in a Class 5 cleanroom environment when required Is able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy What you'll do Assemble, inspect, and package a variety of machined parts Perform incoming inspection of parts returned from outside vendors Manually and electronically install coiled inserts into threaded holes Press dowel pins into parts using an arbor press Conduct visual inspections for cosmetic defects or imperfections prior to packaging Gown up periodically and work in a Class 5 cleanroom environment Package screws, washers, and other components according to customer specifications Use tools such as hand sanders when needed Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety policies Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform additional duties as assigned by production management #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
