Your role as a Physical Therapist: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength and overall function. Educate patients and families on exercises & techniques to support recovery and prevent injuries. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Coach and support caregivers. Pay and Benefits: $75 to $125 per visit. Mileage reimbursement. Flexible schedules available. Health/Dental/Vision for full-time employees and their families. Company paid life insurance for full time employees. Qualifications: Active Physical Therapy License (Arizona). Valid Driver's license. Reliable transportation.
