About the Opportunity

We are seeking Customer Care Representatives to join a growing customer support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and troubleshooting technical issues. Representatives will provide support through both phone and email while delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime may be required during peak seasons, including up to 2 additional hours per day
Future scheduling may include extended evening hours and rotating weekend

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and support via phone and email
Assist customers with troubleshooting equipment and product-related issues
Research and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Document customer interactions accurately
Utilize multiple systems and resources to provide solutions
Deliver professional and empathetic service during every customer interaction

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling high-volume customer interactions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask across multiple computer screens and systems
