Responsibilities: • Contribute to all phases of complex litigation, from case investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda while taking on increasing levels of responsibility • Assist with preparing for and conducting depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses • Participate in case strategy discussions and trial preparation in collaboration with senior attorneys • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to move cases forward effectively Who Thrives Here: • Attorneys with 3+ years of civil litigation experience • Professionals who value mentorship, constructive feedback, and ongoing professional development • Lawyers who take pride in producing high-quality work, strong written advocacy, thorough preparation, and professionalism • Team-oriented individuals who are motivated by meaningful work and committed to long-term career growth Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar • At least 3 years of litigation experience, with civil litigation experience preferred • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding client service Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 yearly + growth incentive bonuses

Compensation:
$130,000-$155,000 per year
