Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Castle Rock, CO! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Castle Rock, CO 80104

Available shifts: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection.
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and routine blood collections with accuracy and professionalism.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Verify patient identity and ensure specimen labels are accurate in the patient's presence.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Travel to multiple Patient Service Centers or physician office locations as business needs require.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
