Fair Lending Compliance Analyst
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days remote, 3 in office
Fair lending compliance analyst:
- Previous experience in conducting matched pair/comparative file reviews and assessing for potential fair lending risk/difference of treatment
- Previous fair lending regression analysis experience determining model attributes, segmentation, assessing results, report writing
- Subject matter expert in Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act, and Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP)
- Previous experience in reviewing marketing models, scorecards, AI/ML models; assess/analyze for potential fair lending risk/UDAAP risks
- UDAAP and fair lending complaint identification, resolution, and trending
