IT Services Specialist II - Hands-on Tech Support

The University of Texas at Austin, Cockrell School of Engineering, seeks an Information Technology Coordinator II to sustain daily Service Desk and Field Service operations. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, support networking, printers, and peripherals, and administer on-site and remote work in collaboration with faculty, staff, and researchers.
