Customer Service Associate I

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment according to productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain the cleaning throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas neat and presentable Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required Perks and Benefits We offer a wide variety of rewards to support health, wealth, and mental well‑being.
