Veterans Outreach Case Manager - Suicide Prevention

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas is seeking a Community Outreach Case Manager in Burke, VA. The role focuses on building partnerships, identifying individuals in need, and coordinating suicide prevention and mental health services within VOACC’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, 3–5 years of outreach experience with veterans or mental health concerns, and strong communication skills.
