A 330-bed acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Trauma Program Manager. The hospital serves southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts and holds Level III Trauma Center designation.

The role. Reporting to the Trauma Medical Director, the Trauma Program Manager leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of a cost-effective continuum of care for trauma patients and their families. This position serves as the primary liaison between the hospital and external partners including EMS providers, Fire Services, Ambulance Services, Police, the EMS Medical Director, and New Hampshire State trauma authorities — participating on relevant committees and representing the program at statewide and American College of Surgeons trauma designation site visits. The manager develops and maintains policies and procedures grounded in current best practice and NH State trauma directives, while conducting concurrent monitoring and evaluation of trauma care through ongoing medical record review, trauma registry documentation, and corrective action planning. During work hours, the manager responds to trauma team activations, provides real-time guidance, and monitors quality of care delivered. Additional responsibilities include oversight of the NH TEMSIS computerized Patient Care Reporting system, ensuring quality assurance and compliance for all services and patients transported to the hospital in accordance with Medical Director guidelines.

What we're looking for.

• Nursing degree required; BSN required
• Minimum of three years of recent experience caring for trauma patients in an acute care setting
• Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required; CEN certified preferred

Schedule. Full-time, days, no weekends.

Compensation. $47.30 - $65.20/hr plus Sign-on bonus available
