In the subject line of the e-mail, please write "Pre-Litigation Attorney Position" Responsibilities: Manage team of case managers and case manager assistants for proper management of personal injury case from start to finish Manage intake specialist to ensure proper follow up and signing of potential clients Manage lien negotiator to ensure liens timely negotiated with medical providers. Oversee proper case breakdown with accounting to ensure correct amounts are dispersed Draft demand letters for high-value injury cases Conduct intake meetings with serious injury clients to assess their cases and provide legal advice Manage and negotiate settlements with insurance companies Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer their questions Work closely with the litigation team to prepare cases to be transferred for trial if necessary Collaborate with other case managers and litigation team to develop case strategies Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases Collaborate with team regarding strength of cases, case strategy, and medical management to enhance case value and obtain policy limits settlement Requirements: Juris Doctor degree Admission to California Bar Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases Knowledge regarding medical treatment, case strategy and experience obtaining policy limits settlements Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Can do and positive Mind Set Ownership of responsibilities and duties Passion for customer service Solution driven Ambition for career growth Committed to obtaining justice for victims of negligence Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling personal injury cases Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience with CRMs such as Case Peer, Dropbox, and Slack, a plus Bi-Lingual, a plus but not required Competitive salary commensurate with experience. $100,000 to $180,000 Medical/dental benefits 401K with employer matching PTO/Holiday Pay Core Value Driven Firm Trainings/CLE's/Industry Conference Travel If you are a dedicated and results-driven Pre-Litigation Attorney with a passion for helping injured clients, we encourage you to apply today.
