What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Food Prep Cook at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation to meet our high culinary standards. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. - Following food safety guidelines and adhering to health and sanitation standards. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. - Supporting the execution of our authentic Jamaican menu with precision and care.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and QualificationsWe’re searching for a dedicated individual who is ready to contribute to our passionate team. Here’s what we’re looking for: - 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. - A valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate (required). - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism. - A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
