This team is responsible for the enterprise platforms used to manage Windows devices across the bank, including modern device management, application deployment, software distribution, operating system lifecycle management, automation, and endpoint modernization.This person will serve as a senior technical expert for Microsoft Intune and cloud-first Windows device management. They will lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of modern endpoint management capabilities while partnering with engineering, operations, architecture, and other technology teams. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on Intune experience and the ability to independently lead complex initiatives from technical design through implementation and operational adoption.Main Responsibilities:Engineer, administer, and enhance Microsoft Intune in a large enterprise environmentLead Intune implementation, migration, and endpoint modernization initiativesDesign and implement cloud-first Windows device management solutionsDevelop and manage device configuration, compliance, application, and update policiesSupport Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning capabilitiesIntegrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and related Microsoft technologiesSupport the transition from Microsoft Configuration Manager to modern cloud-based endpoint managementTroubleshoot complex device enrollment, policy, application deployment, software update, and endpoint-management issuesDevelop PowerShell automation and remediation solutions that improve efficiency and platform reliabilityProvide senior engineering guidance and best-practice recommendations for Windows endpoint managementPartner with operations teams to implement and operationalize new platform capabilitiesParticipate in enterprise endpoint-management projects, platform upgrades, and technology implementationsCreate and maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, and solution designsServe as a senior technical resource and escalation point for Microsoft Intune and modern Windows managementMust Have Skills:5–7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experienceDeep experience engineering and administering Intune in an enterprise environmentExperience leading Intune implementations, migrations, or modernization initiativesWindows Autopatch/Windows Update for BusinessStrong cloud-first Windows device management experienceExperience designing and implementing device configuration, compliance, application, and update policiesExperience with Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioningExperience integrating Intune with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional AccessExperience supporting large-scale, complex Windows endpoint environmentsStrong Windows operating system and endpoint-management troubleshooting skillsHands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experienceAbility to independently lead complex technical initiatives from design through implementationExperience partnering across engineering, architecture, operations, and support teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions and influence stakeholdersNice to Have Skills:Microsoft Configuration Manager, including co-management and workload-transition experienceExperience migrating Windows management capabilities from traditional on-premises tools to IntuneExperience with enterprise application packaging and deploymentPower BI reporting and analyticsEndpoint security and configuration-baseline experienceExperience integrating endpoint platforms with other enterprise technologiesTechnical design and architecture documentation experienceExperience working in a regulated or highly complex enterprise environmentIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
