Litigation Attorney – Defense Location: San Diego, CA (Fully Remote – Southern California Residents Only) Practice Area: Insurance Defense - Construction Defect Experience Level: 7+ Years Compensation: Based on Experience + Bonus Eligibility Billable Requirement: 1980 Hours/Year Overview: We are partnered with a well-regarded litigation firm seeking a skilled mid to senior‑level attorney with a strong background in insurance defense. This is a fully remote position limited to candidates residing in Southern California, with occasional in‑person attendance required.
