Event Marketing Manager

To build and execute marketing strategies for events, the full-time Event Marketing Manager will drive awareness, attendance, and engagement before, during, and after each show, while measuring their effectiveness, and will work from either the Plano, TX or Santa Ana, CA office, with remote or hybrid options available for qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Create and manage pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing strategies Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to promote services and special promotions Measure KPIs related to engagement, lead generation, and event attendance Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or supporting events such as conventions or trade shows Experience using CRM platforms and project management software Ability to work in fast-paced onsite environments with shifting priorities A valid, unexpired passport is required Photography or video experience is a bonus but not required
