Jersey Mikes is hiring!
We are currently looking for team members, full and part time positions are available. It is important to know a few things before submitting for an opportunity with us. The only way we can build and maintain our business is to ensure we are selecting exceptional people who are willing to embrace our values.
Experience in the service and restaurant industries is a plus.
The ideal candidate is very comfortable in front of people, possesses an attitude with a playful sense of humor, and the ability to work in the ultimate team environment. He/she must demonstrate strong leadership qualities as well as the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
- Be knowledgeable about our history and enthusiastic about "Mike's Way".
- Prepare and serve food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
- Potentially open or close the store, prep, cleanup, and adhere to guidelines at all times.
- Work with efficiency in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- No smoking in uniform, on the clock, or on the premises.
- Strict piercing policy.
- Facial hair is permitted but must not exceed 1/4" in length.
- Our uniform must be worn 100% in line with our standards.
Qualifications:
- Customer service focused and solution oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
