Position Summary:

Dental Claim Support is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead B2B and SaaS marketing efforts across the DCS and Quanta brands. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, this role bridges executive leadership and marketing execution, providing the strategic and technical expertise needed to scale the marketing function alongside company-wide growth goals.

The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing team, expand and optimize marketing channels, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and build Quanta's brand presence as a SaaS product within the dental industry--all while continuing to grow the well-established DCS brand.

The Director of Marketing strengths the strategic and technical capabilities of the marketing function, bringing advanced competency in HubSpot, CRM strategy, SEO/AEO, and marketing automation.

This role elevates the marketing team's capabilities, particularly in automation and nurture workflows, while driving net-new marketing contact acquisition through the optimization of existing campaigns and the development of new marketing channels.

Through strong data fluency, the Director of Marketing establishes clear visibility into lead sources and campaign performance, enabling informed decisions around budget, resources, and marketing priorities. This role brings the strategic perspective and analytical depth needed to evaluate marketing performance,identify opportunities, and confidently communicate results and recommendations at the executive level.

In this role, you will provide:

Marketing Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing strategic and technical direction.
• Own the strategic direction for marketing automation and lead nurture workflows across HubSpot and Zoho.
• Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Growth.

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across DCS and Quanta in support of the company's goals to scale.
• Identify, test, and scale new campaign sources and channels to grow web traffic and both internal and external leads.
• Build Quanta's brand positioning and presence as a SaaS product in the dental space, while continuing to grow the established DCS brand to the next level.
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including fully-automated competitors, to inform strategy.

Data & Performance

• Own UTM parameter strategy results and lead source attribution to clearly define where marketing effort and budget should go.
• Utilize data to ideate new avenues for growth and evaluate the performance of existing channels.
• Report on marketing performance and ROI to the VP of Growth and Vice President of Business Operations, including live event ROI.
• Partner with the sales team to align on lead quality and support marketing qualified lead conversion.

Technology & Creative Direction

• Maintain a high level of competency in HubSpot and CRMs in general, along with SEO strategy and execution.
• Leverage AI and other technological tools to scale marketing efforts efficiently.
• Lead strategy and execution for animation and video content, produced by the Marketing Coordinator, who also serves as our in-house videographer.
• Contribute to podcast and webinar strategy: Lead generation and ROI.
• Knowledge/ability to learn building and publishing web pages.

External Visibility & Relationships

• Build networking strategy and relationships with key opinion leaders in the dental space, through defining who they are, and connecting them to VPBO and VP of Growth.
• Identify opportunities for external publications and research to elevate DCS and Quanta's presence in the market.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Foster alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain a strong understanding of client and partner profiles.
• Communicate and present marketing strategy and performance clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Success Criteria:

• Measurable growth in web traffic and qualified leads across both DCS and Quanta.
• Clear definition and reporting of lead sources through UTM and attribution tracking.
• Marketing team trained and confident in automation and nurture workflows.
• Demonstrated growth of Quanta's brand presence as a SaaS product in the dental space.
• Measurable progress toward the company's goals.
• Strong alignment and communication demonstrated between marketing, sales, and operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the dental industry specific to service and SaaS required; broader healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• High level of competency in HubSpot and CRMs in general.
• Zoho experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and execution, including, but not limited to, google analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead nurture workflow design.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, including UTM parameters, to define lead sources and guide strategy.
• Experience building and scaling marketing efforts to support company growth.
• Familiarity with technological and AI-driven marketing tools, including animation and video.
• Experience with B2B account-based marketing, given DCS and Quanta's practice and DSO buyers.
• Networking experience with key opinion leaders or industry influencers in a healthcare relevant field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of google based tools, Canva and other standard graphic art and presentation tools.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and understand client and partner profiles.
• Ability to foster alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
